Join the New Brunswick Chamber Orchestra String Quartet for a free classical program inspired by jazz music.
This program will show the jazzy side of classical music through works by Dvorak, Grant Still, Gershwin, Higdon, Montgomery, and Ellington. The event will include a lively discussion of this quintessential American Art Form that was loved by American composers.
The Salon follows our usual informal format with short performances and opportunities to chat with musicians, orchestra staff, and fellow audience members over complimentary light snacks and beverages.
Free parking is available, but registration should be made with the Rutgers Parking as described on our website.

Metered parking is available in front of the museum and other adjacent streets; additional paid parking is available in the Gateway Center Parking Garage. A designated accessible street parking space is available in front of the museum.
