New Brunswick chef and restauranteur Estela Rojas came to came to New Brunswick more than 30 years ago after learning to cook from her restauranteur grandmother in Oaxaca. In the time since, she and her family have opened restaurants that helped cement New Brunswick’s reputation as a place to get great Oaxacan food: Costa Chica, El Patio, and El Gallo Felix.
